Wear resistant castable is a kind of super refractories that is on the basis of high level bauxite aggregate, bauxite clinker and alumina powder, pure calcium aluminate cement as binder, ultrafine powder as an additive, adding the prescribed number of heat-resistant stainless steel fiber. Because of its high strength and integrity, it has been widely used in the electric power industry. In the fluidized bed, the boiler is mainly used in the separator straight segment, inlet, and outlet of the separator, cone separator, etc.
